Salman-Sonakshi shooting for Dabangg 2 in March 2012

Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha will start shooting for their next combo movie Dabangg 2 in March, 2012. Arbaaz Khan, who became a producer with 2010 blockbuster movie Dabangg, has revealed that the Dabangg sequel will start its production in March and will release in December 2012.

On his micro-blogging site Twitter, the Bollywood producer, who had last month confirmed that the first draft of the script was ready, has now revealed the shooting and release dates of Dabangg sequel. On Monday, Arbaaz Khan tweeted, “Dabangg 2 starts March 2012 and releases on 21 Dec 2012!!!"

However, director Abhinav Kashyap has opted out of the sequel and Arbaaz Khan confirmed that he will direct Dabangg 2. The original cast of the movie; Salman Khan, Sonakshi Sinha and Sonu Sood will not be changed in the sequel, but the story will be shifted to a larger city, possibly Mumbai.
