I didn't say anything negative about Ra.One: RGV

Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma, who is known for his controversial statements, has denied making any negative remarks about Shahrukh Khan's mega-budget movie Ra.One, which is releasing next week. The Bollywood producer said that his statement on twitter page was Rajinikanth's joke.

In his yesterday's tweet, Ram Gopal Varma had called Shahrukh Khan's Ra.One a sham. He had tweeted, “Jst got 2 knw tht Ra.One is a sham..I am told tht it is a one minute short film of Rajini in whch SRK did a 2 nd half hour guest appearance." His statement created a big stir in the film industry.

Couple of hours later, Ram Gopal Varma further tweeted to confirm that it was not a negative statement about the film Ra.One, but a Rajinikanth's joke. He wrote, “To al the dumbwits who dint get my tweet..I dint sy nything negative about Ra.one..tht was a rajini joke nd the meaning of sham is a con."
