the
country
requesting
not
to
entertain
any
petition
against
release
of
the
film.
Their
move
to
court
is
coming
after
Silk
Smitha's
brother
Vadlapatla
Naga
Vara
Prasad
moved
the
Andhra
Pradesh
High
Court
to
withhold
its
release.
In
the
court
papers,
Vadlapatla
Naga
Vara
Prasad
claimed
that
The
Dirty
Picture
is
based
on
the
tampered
facts
of
life
of
the
late
south
Indian
actress
Silk
Smitha
and
the
movie
portrays
his
sister
in
an
obscene
manner.
He
requested
the
court
to
get
removed
such
scenes
before
its
release.
But
in
a
bid
to
preempt
any
further
roadblocks
to
the
project,
the
filmmakers
of
The
Dirty
Picture
have
filed
caveat
petitions
in
nearly
20
courts
across
the
country.
Speaking
to
Mumbai
Mirror,
Smitha's
brother
confirmed,
"I
received
intimation
from
courts
in
various
cities
including
Mumbai,
Hyderabad,
Delhi,
Chennai,
Bangalore,
Vijayawada
and
Eluru
(hometown)."
