Velvet,
has
denied
considering
superstars
Shahrukh
and
Aamir
Khan
for
lead
role
in
the
upcoming
movie
before
roping
in
Ranbir
for
it.
The
acclaimed
director
says
that
he
has
liked
Ranbir's
acting
and
he
really
fits
the
lead
role
in
his
next
flick.
Earlier,
rumour
mills
were
abuzz
with
reports
that
Aamir
and
Shahrukh
Khan
would
act
in
the
film
Bombay
Velvet.
But
Anurag
Kashyap
has
categorically
denied
the
reports.
"We
have
not
made
any
announcements
formally
regarding
Aamir
and
Shahrukh,
all
I
know
is
that
we
have
taken
Ranbir," PTI
reports
Anurag
as
saying.
It
was
reported
that
Anushka
Sharma
would
star
alongside
Ranbir
Kapoor
in
Bombay
Velvet,
but
Anurag
Kashyap
says
that
he
has
not
yet
decided
on
the
actress.
However,
the
filmmaker
refused
to
divulge
any
details
about
the
film
or
its
genre
or
Ranbir's
character.
The
film
would
on
floors
by
the
end
of
this
year.
