actor,
who
is
playing
a
don
in
parallel
lead

Akshay
Kumar
has
been
asked
to
put
on
weight.
Milan
Luthria,
the
director
of
the
film,
has
told
Imran
Khan
to
gain
weight
of
at
least
5
kg
to
effectively
portray
the
role
of
a
gangster.
In
a
recent
interview
to
a
leading
daily,
Milan
Luthria
said
that
he
believes
Imran
Khan
is
a
committed
actor
and
he
will
go
great
distance
to
achieve
the
look
of
what
Milan
has
in
mind.
He
told
that
it
will
require
a
strict
dietary
regimen
and
extended
endurance
training.
Milan
further
added
that
he
wants
to
give
Imran
Khan's
character
an
edge
so
that
he
looks
shockingly
different
and
makes
everyone
sit
up
and
take
notice.

do

role.
