Yash Chopra's sudden death has left everyone in shock. But despite this, Yash Chopra's wife Pamela Chopra wants to have a grand permiere of Jab Tak Hai Jaan as she thinks this is the best way to celebrate the illustrious life of the filmmaker.

Pamela Chopra told a leading daily, "I want to give my husband an unforgettable farewell. Accordingly, we have decided to have a grand premiere for his ultimate film, Jab Tak Hai Jaan, exactly the way he wanted it. This is a fitting tribute to a man who would have had it no other way."

Pamela Chopra further added, "I have asked my sons Aditya and Uday to go ahead with all the preparations. This premiere is our way of celebrating his illustrious life, rather than mourning it."

Jab Tak Hai Jaan, which stars superstar Shahrukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma, is Yash Chopra's last film as a director. The legendary filmmaker died last week following dengue infection and multiple organ failure.
