Lisa Ray is glad she didn't marry at 20!

Lisa Ray, who is all set to get married to her American fiance Jason Dehni in California on October 20th is glad that she did not marry at 20 since she feels that she is much more balanced and mature now than what she would have been if she were younger.

Speaking about life, her illness (Lisa Ray was first diagnosed with multiple myeloma three years ago. She is now completely cancer-free) and her marriage, Lisa Ray recently said in an interview that if she had married in her 20s, the marriage would not have worked out. Lisa Ray said, "In your 20s, you want someone who'll do everything for you; you want that person to solve all your problems, which I don't think should be expected".

Lisa Ray all thanks her illness for teaching her the essence of life. Speaking about her would-be husband Jason, Lisa Ray said that he has made her more practical and added that she is extremely glad to spend the rest of her life with a man who has stood by her through all her troubled times.
