Manyata has all praise for Sanjay Dutt's acting in Agneepath

Actor Sanjay Dutt's wife Manyata is all praises for her husband's performance as the dreadful 'Kancha' in yet-to-be released film 'Agneepath'. In the remake version of 'Agneepath', Sanjay plays the role of villain Kancha, earlier played by Danny Denzongpa in the original 1990 cult classic movie. Sanjay's dreadful look in 'Agneepath' has already garnered appreciation from all quarters.

Earlier in an interview, Sanjay had said that his wife Manyata does not interfere in work, but gives an honest opinion on his work. Sanjay had told PTI, "She does not interfere with my work too much. We do discuss movies but I don't take her consent before signing any film. If I do a trashy film, she does not play the holy wife and says... Oh my husband is so great. She gives me an honest opinion."

After the special screening of the movie Agneepath on 23rd January, Manyata Dutt told PTI, "I loved Sanju in the film. He has done a fabulous work. His look and acting... I really liked a lot. In real life he is a very good, pure-hearted person, but in this movie, he has played such a contradictory character. He has played this role with so much confidence."

However, the film Agneepath is releasing on January 26. Producer Karan Johar had organised a special screening of the movie for B-town celebrities. Several stars like John Abraham, Arbaaz Khan, Karisma Kapoor made it to the event. But Amitabh Bachchan, who played hero in the original, remained absent on the occasion.
