Ranbir Kapoor clears his stand on his smoking act!

Actor Ranbir Kapoor, sometime back was entrapped in legal hassle on the charges of smoking publicly during a movie shoot in Rajasthan's Udaipur district. Kapoor had yesterday cleared his stand after he told a local court through his lawyer that his being seen smoking in a public place was part of the shoot of a film.

Sometime back, an Udaipur resident had filed a complaint against the actor, who was spotted smoking on the sets of his latest film Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani. According to the current reports, Kapoor's lawyer had filed an application pleading guilty to the charges under the Rajasthan Prevention of Smoking Act and seeking exemption for the actor's personal appearance before the court.

We remember how SRK too got into legal hassle for smoking in public at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium in Jaipur. But, a smart Khan, handled the situation by agreeing to pay a fine for his wrong act. Well, it looks like the Bollywood actors are having a tough time in Rajasthan.
