reports,
Mumbai
police
has
chargesheeted
Saif
Ali
Khan
and
two
others
in
Taj
fight
case
on
December
20.
A
leading
daily
reported
that
the
chargesheet
has
been
filed
under
section
325
(assault)
and
section
34
(criminal
conspiracy)
of
the
Indian
Penal
Code.
Early
this
year,
before
the
release
of
his
movie
Agent
Vinod,
Saif
Ali
Khan
and
Kareena
Kapoor,
who
were
having
dinner
at
Mumbai's
Taj,
allegedly
assaulted
an
NRI
Iqbal
Sharma,
a
businessman,
who
suffered
a
fractured
nose.
It
was
reported
that
Saif
was
under
the
influence
of
alcohol.
The
incident
led
to
extreme
buzz
and
criticisms
across
the
nation.
Khan
was
arrested
under
article
325
of
the
Indian
Penal
Code,
and
released
on
bail
on
a
surety
of
INR3,000
(US$54.6)
by
the
Mumbai
Police.
