collection
at
the
Box
Office.
The
romantic
action
thriller
has
become
the
second
all
time
highest
grosser
Hindi
film
in
India.
Recently,
it
was
speculated
that
this
film
will
have
a
sequel.
But
director
Kabir
Khan
has
ruled
out
the
reports
and
said
he
has
not
thought
about
it.
The
makers
of
Salman
Khan's
Dabangg
had
announced
its
sequel
after
its
huge
success
at
the
Box
Office.
Following
this,
speculations
were
being
made
about
the
sequel
to
Ek
Tha
Tiger
after
its
fantastic
opening.
But
Kabir
Khan
says
that
he
has
not
thought
of
a
sequel
for
the
movie.
The
director
informed,
"We
don't
have
any
idea
about
the
storyline
for
the
sequel."
Meanwhile,
Rafiq
Gangjee,
vice
president
of
Yash
Raj
Films,
also
shot
the
reports
about
the
sequel
to
Ek
Tha
Tiger.
He
said,
"With
the
success
of
the
film,
it
would
be
the
obvious
conclusion
for
anybody
to
assume
that
the
film
deserves
a
sequel.
However,
as
of
now,
there
are
no
such
plans
and
it
is
more
conjecture."
Ek
Tha
Tiger
has
broken
all
previous
records
at
the
Indian
Box
Office.
It
has
set
a
new
record
by
surpassing
Rs
100
crore
mark
in
just
five-day
extended
first
weekend.
So
far,
it
has
grossed
Rs
197+
crore
nett
at
the
domestic
market
and
Rs
40
crore
nett
in
the
international
collection
centres.
