Bipasha Basu has started shooting for the second schedule of her horror film Aatma. But a series of scary incidents with the cast of the film have forced them to cancel the shoot. And the unit had to return to Mumbai from Panchgani.
A source told a leading daily, "First, Bipasha developed an eye allergy. It was a cause of concern as it is not something that could be easily hidden by make up. The actress couldn't fathom why it had happened. The shoot was postponed for that night and rescheduled for the next day. The allergy, however, did not subside and shooting was not possible."
The source added, "While walking at the shoot location in Panchgani, Suparn fell into a pit which he had not seen earlier. Moreover, Nawazuddin also hurt his ankle. All these happenings compelled the unit to return to Mumbai and shoot in a set instead."
Producer Abhishek Pathak says, "We had to shoot in a graveyard and it required to be done in the nights only. Due to all these happenings, we decided to cancel it. It was as if some force was hindering the shoot. We were all spooked ourselves."
