Shahrukh Khan apologises to MCA after winning IPL

Shahrukh Khan, who could not contain his excitement after his team Kolkata Knight Riders defeated Chennai Super Kings at finals of IPL in Chennai, apologised for his recent misbehaviour with the Mumbai Cricket Association officials.

In a nail biting finish, Shahrukh Khan's Kolkata Knight Riders defeated Chennai Super Kings. Shahrukh Khan, who owns the winning team hugged and congratulated each team member for their outstanding performance. The actor thanked all his supporters and said, “I want to apologise to the kids for my misbehaviour at MCA. I apologise to all who saw me differently. I shouldn't have behaved in that manner. But today my team has won, so I guess, all you fans should forgive me. We have won at last."

Throughout the match, Shahrukh Khan could hardly hide his emotions and was overjoyed when his team won after his player hit a boundary when his team required 3 runs to win out of 3 balls. What's more, the baadshah even did a cartwheel as a thanking gesture to the audience!

Praising his players, Shahrukh Khan complimented captain Gautam Gambhir and his team and said, “We made a video of families of all our players and saw Manvinder Bisla's parents speaking about their son. They must be very proud and so am I. I want to tell the people of the Bengal, that now this team belongs to you.”

Shahrukh Khan was accompanied by his wife Gauri Khan and daughter Suhana. When Gauri was asked why she missed out the previous games of Kolkata Knight Riders, she replied that she had decided that she would attend the game only if Kolkatta Knight Riders reached the finals.
