Shahrukh Khan's Jab Tak Hai Jaan gets a standing ovation

The organiser of Doha Tribeca Film Festival (DTFF) paid a special homage to late Yash Chopra by screening, Jab Tak Hai Jaan, his last film as a director. The audience at the festival loved everything about the movie so much that they gave a standing ovation when the movie ended.

Before showing Jab Tak Hai Jaan, which stars Shahrukh Khan, Katrina Kaif, Anushka Sharma, at DTFF the vice chairman introduced a short 1-minute AV which paid a tribute to the legendary filmmaker Yash Chopra. Talking about the film festival a source told a website, "Once the movie started, the entire crowd went completely silent, and did not uttered a single word. No one moved, especially when the voice-over of Yash Chopra reciting a poem came on. At the end, the audience stood up in admiration and clapped for the late filmmaker's efforts."

Jab Tak Hai Jaan has crossed 100 crore worldwide and is very close to touch the 100 crore mark in India.
