Shahrukh Khan-Katrina Kaif starrer is not a Daag remake!

Shahrukh Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer untitled movie, which marks the comeback of Yash Chopra to direction, is not a remake of the 1973 film Daag. It was reported earlier that the film is an adaptation of senior Chopra"s first project under his own banner Yash Raj Films.

The movie Daag was a classic love triangle and Rajesh Khanna, Sharmila Tagore & Rakhee had played the leads in it. The speculation about its remake started after it was made clear that Yash Chopra's upcoming movie is also a love triangle and it stars Shahrukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma in leads.

However, the sources, who are working on the SRK's latest project, have confirmed that the buzz is just a rumour and there is no truth in it. The untitled film, which is set in London, has the three protagonists belonging to the middle class. The sources added that the movie has a brand new fresh storyline.
