Mumbai:
It
looks
like
superstar
Shahrukh
Khan
is
destined
to
get
into
legal
hassles
this
year.
In
yet
another
recent
incident,
a
legal
case
has
been
slapped
against
SRK
for
disrespecting
the
Indian
National
Flag,
during
the
celebrations
after
the
Indian
cricket
team's
victory
in
the
World
Cup
finals,
held
last
year.
A
leading
daily
reports
that
a
social
worker
named
Ravindra
Brahme
had
filed
the
case
against
Khan.
Explaining
the
entire
matter
to
the
daily,
Brahme
said
that
while
surfing
the
net,
he
came
across
some
pictures
in
which
Shahrukh
Khan
was
waving
the
Indian
flag
in
Mumbai
after
India
won
the
cricket
World
Cup
on
April
2,
2011.
Unfortunately,
Shahrukh
ignored
the
fact
that
saffron
colour
was
at
the
bottom
and
the
green
colour
was
on
top,
which
was
an
insult
to
the
tricolour
and
too
offending.
According
to
Brahme,
the
case
against
the
actor
was
filed
with
the
Chatushringi
police
station
and
then,
it
got
transferred
to
the
Bandra
police
station
in
Mumbai,
where
Khan
resides.
Brahme
was
the
same
person,
who
had
earlier
filed
a
case
against
model
Gehna
Vashist
for
dishonouring
the
Indian
Tricolour
by
using
it
as
a
bikini
in
a
photoshoot.
