Shahrukh Khan plays a crucial role in Riteish-Genelia's sangeet ceremony

Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan is a true Baadshah, who has the ability to make others feel his presence even in his absence. The sangeet ceremony of Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza that happened last night at Taj Land's End in Bandra might have witnessed SRK's absence but the actor did not disappoint us, since he played a crucial role in the ceremony even with his physical absence.

A source informed TOI that SRK had done the entire voiceover for a performance that was enacted in the sangeet function. Hence, though he wasn't physically present in the function, he made his absence remarkable too.

But Shahrukh's wife Gauri Khan attended the function by making up for her husband's absence.
