Shahrukh, Salman to fight over the Tamil remake of Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu?

Bollywood's new trend of remaking South movies is creating a gradual buzz around the tinsel town. Mid Day reports suggest filmmaker Gautham Menon is on his way to cast either Shahrukh Khan or Salman Khan in Tamil remake of Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu in Bollywood.

In the original film, Kamal Hassan plays a cop. Says a source, "Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu (2006) was a superhit because it was one of the more modern crime thrillers with some super advanced special effects."

In fact, it is believed that even before the release of his film Ek Deewana Tha, buzz about Gautham Vasudev Menon planning his next remake was already doing the rounds. Since SRK and Salman's names are there in Gauthem's wishlist, it would be interesting to see which rival Khan finally grabs the film.
