Sujoy Ghosh teaming up again with Amitabh Bachchan for Badla

Filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh, who recently tasted the success with his movie Kahaani, is now writing a story for his next film. He says that he is preparing this script exclusively for Megastar Amitabh Bachchan and he has titled the film Badla, which is likely to star actress Vidya Balan and Naseeruddin Shah.

Recently, Sujoy Ghosh took to his twitter page to share the news about his forthcoming movie Badla. The director wrote, "The script that I'm writing for sir (Amitabh Bachchan) is called BADLA, which, if I write well, will have sir and Naseer ji and Vidya balan. All depends on script (sic)."

Soon after the release of Kahaani, rumours mills were abuzz with news about the sequel of the movie. Talking about them, Sujoy Ghosh slammed the rumours saying that his next film Badla is now a sequel to his suspense thriller. He tweeted, "and finally.. BADLA is not the sequel to Kahaani. Thats another story altogether."

However, Sujoy Ghosh had earlier teamed up with Amitabh Bachchan for the movie Aladin, which also featured Ritesh Deshmukh, Sanjay Dutt and Jacqueline Fernandez. But the movie bombed at the Box Office. Now it should seen how the latest film of the duo will do at the collection centres.
