Veena Malik was complimented by Anand Balraj after the latter observed her acting skills during the shooting of his film Daal Mein Kuch Kaala Hai, in which Veena is the playing the lead role. He says, "Veena's acting reminds me of Angelina Jolie. She is as comfortable in front of camera as her and she is more attractive also."
