Big B Talks About New Age Directors

Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan has worked with several filmmakers in movies. He is one such actor, who has worked with both older and newer generation directors. And, he believes that the new age directors are more professional, as compared to the yesteryear ones.

Talking about the new age filmmakers, superstar Amitabh Bachchan said that the filmmakers of today's generation are more professional with technical know-how. The Big B was also all praise for the new age directors. He told the daily that he admires the fresh and young talent of today.

"Films that are made now belong to different genres. It is healthy to see all this happening in Indian cinema," Amitabh Bachchan told the daily. He further said that the older filmmakers have "certain concepts about making films". But today, films are propagated by the youth. "There was more time available earlier, as we say in Hindi... therav tha bahut... but then circumstances are different now," he told the daily.

Amitabh Bachchan will be next seen in Prakash Jha's movie Satyagraha, along with Kareena Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, Arjun Rampal.
