Manna Dey, the iconic playback singer, passed away at a private hospital in Bangalore yesterday. He was 94 years old and had been living with his daughter, Sumitha. Indian film industry is mourning the death of this legendary singer who has sung classics like 'Zindagi kaisi hai paheli' from Anand and 'Oh meri zohra jabeen' from Waqt.
