Phone calls, SMS secrets between Jiah and boyfriend Suraj Pancholi revealed

Mumbai: As per reports, Suraj Pancholi, who was in an affair with the late actress Jiah Khan, might be involved in the latter's sudden death case. Jiah committed suicide on Monday night, after hanging herself to death in her apartment. The incident took place in the absence of her mother and sister.

As per police reports, Jiah Khan made a call to her boyfriend Suraj, who reportedly was involved with some other woman. According to the investigating officers, Jiah had called Suraj and was told that he was waiting for a lady at a Juhu hotel. Shocked over Suraj's response, Jiah was learnt to have sent a message asking his relationship with the woman. It was reported that the woman is the family jeweller of the Pancholis and she is at least 20 years older to Suraj.

It is said that Jiah's relationship with Suraj was going through a rough phase, after the latter started avoiding the actress. Reportedly, Jiah had informed Suraj that she got three film assignments, to which Suraj sent her a bouquet through her servant. But, a furious Jiah dumped it in the dustbin. Reports further say that Jiah then went to Suraj's house to meet him, but the later was not available at home.

After this, when Jiah returned back to her place, Suraj messaged on phone, asking why she had gone to his home, which led to a fight between the duo. At 11.07 pm, Suraj sent her a SMS requesting her to call him back, but there was no reply. It is suspected that by then, Jiah would have committed suicide. In one of her text messages, Jiah said, "U R getting too cold. U R getting too close to Neelu" to which Suraj responded, "There has been a misunderstanding. Let's sort it out."

On the other hand, it was also said that Jiah Khan was very depressed over her sinking Bollywood career. Adding salt to the injury, her volatile affair with Suraj might have compelled her to take this extreme step.
