As per a leading daily, Katrina Kaif took to functional training under the guidance of Reza and even trained in pilates with Yasmin Karachiwala. This rigorous training involves control, flow and concentration to develop a strong core to perform the kind of stunts the film required for over a year, including aerial acrobats for which she trained with professionals from London. This is not the first time Katrina Kaif has lost weight for a movie. In the past, she had to lose weight for her item number 'Sheila Ki Jawaani' from the film Tees Maar Khan.
