Priyanka Chopra rings in New Year with Paa

Mumbai: Priyanka Chopra, as you might know, has been going through a very lean phase personally since her father Ashok Chopra is unwell. Piggy Chops hence turned down three good offers to perform on New Year's eve and instead spend the day with her ailing dad.

We informed you some time back that Priyanka Chopra has been very upset about her father's deteriorating health, so much to the extent that while shooting for one of her upcoming films, she kept forgetting her lines. Speaking to TOI, Priyanka's official spokesperson said, "She has turned down three offers to perform on New Years and will be spending time with her family."

Apart from many professional commitments, Priyanka Chopra has been very busy with the launch of her music album. Let's hope and pray that Piggy Chops' father gets well soon and we get to see a more happier and content 'Priyanka Chopra' in the months to come!
