Priyanka Chopra Vs Ranbir Kapoor - Who Will Be A Better Boxer?

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has charmed us with his good looks and romance in his previous movies. With each film passing, he is trying different roles and becoming a versatile actor like few others in the B-Town. In the past, he surprised us with his role in Rockstar and now Ranbir who will next be seen in Bombay Velvet is set to play a boxer in the film. On the other hand, we also have Priyanka Chopra who will be playing the role of a boxer in the Mary Kom biopic. We wonder who will suit the boxer role better.

The 30-year-old says that he do does not want to carry an image that the audiences will expect from him. Instead, he wants to surprise them. "I am testing myself, but if I don't try, then there is no fun. I want to break my image and shock the audience. Abhinav wanted to make a simple film. My character is very loud and I have experimented again to do some different genre," he said.

Ranbir even told us a little about his character in the upcoming movie Bombay Velvet in which Anushaka Sharma is paired opposite to him. "In Bombay Velvet, I play an intense character. I am playing a boxer. It's about the 1950s and 1960s. We have already shot for 50 per cent of Bombay Velvet. We shot in Sri Lanka. It is an interesting character and an interesting film," explained Ranbir.

Bombay Velvet also stars filmmaker Karan Johar and Kay Kay Menon in prominent roles. The film is being directed by Anurag Kashyap. Ranbir Kapoor who has also worked with Anurag's brother in Besharam says that the two brothers differ in their working styles. "Both of them are very different filmmakers. I am doing a light film with Abhinav in 'Besharam', while Anurag's Bombay Velvet is an intense film," said Ranbir.
