Ranveer And Deepika's Alleged Affair Just A Promotion Strategy?

Rumours of a link-up between the lead pair, to promote a movie is nothing new in bollywood. It is one of the most tried and tested formula by the makers to draw attention toward the film. So, it does not come as a surprise that it has been reported that the alleged affair between the lead pair of Ram Leela is just that.

Even though these rumoured affairs are a great marketing strategy but there are certain baggages which follow them. It has been reported in a leading daily that Ranveer Singh has been advised by his team to stop making over the top statements about his co-star Deepika Padukone in every interview. A source close to the actor said, "He had some intimate scenes with Deepika in the film and thus Bhansali wanted them to bond and gel with each other. But now he has crossed the line and will have some problems after the movie releases as he will have nothing to say about his relationship status."

These antics of Ranveer has also not gone down well with friends of his co-star. A friend of Deepika, on the condition of anonymity said, "She has never spoken about him in the media and she just wants to concentrate on promoting the movie. He should try to keep a check on what he is saying and she is in no way responsible to come up with a damage control plan."
