Kareena, Karishma Kapoor To Share Screen Space With Saif Ali Khan

Are you eating right? Well if you're not, the film starring actors Kareena Kapoor, Karishma Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan is a must watch for you. For the first time ever, the three are coming together in a film based on nutrition.

The movie is called The Indian Food Wisdom And The Art of Eating Right. Rujuta Diwekar, who is a Mumbai-based celebrity nutritionist has directed this film. The nutritionist is very excited that she is going to have a star studded movie with a strong message. "I am super excited that Kareena, Karisma and Saif are all part of the film. It's a casting coup of sorts," said Diwekar in an statement.

The nutritionist and the actors in this movie all believe that eating right and eating healthy is important. "What is more important is that we are sharing our common belief that eating right, eating local, seasonal, fresh and tasty food is integral to looking good, feeling light and happy. And like Saif often says - happy people are most attractive, not skinny," she added.

This film also features talented actors like Richa Chadda and Anupam Kher. The DVD format of this film is already up for sale in most of the online shopping sites.
