There
has
been
a
lot
hype
about
sanjay
dutt's
recent
bail
on
account
of
wife
Manyata
Dutt's
illness.
Sanjay
Dutt
got
bail
twice
in
the
same
month
which
many
people
are
angry
about.
However
the
doctor
who
examined
Manyata
did
confirm
that
she
is
unwell
and
is
diagnosed
with
a
tumor
in
the
liver
which
needs
to
be
treated
and
also
she
is
suspected
of
suffering
from
heart
ailments
as
well.
"Manyata
has
a
tumor
in
the
liver.
She
had
chest
pain
and
has
lost
ten
kilos
in
15-20
days.
We
have
advised
her
to
undergo
certain
tests
for
heart
ailment.
Once
the
tests
are
done
then
we
can
decide
whether
surgery
is
required
or
not," Dr
Ajay
Chaughule,
Manyata's
doctor
reported.
The
doctor
informed
that
Manyata
had
earlier
gone
to
Lilavati
hospital
where
she
was
advised
to
undergo
angiography
to
determine
the
condition
of
her
heart
after
which
she
decided
to
take
a
second
opinion
from
Chaughule.
Due
to
manyata's
recent
illness
sanjay
received
a
bail
for
30
days
which
is
the
second
time
he
got
bail
in
the
same
month.
Many
people
are
angry
that
sanjay
received
two
bails
in
the
same
month
and
fell
that
it
is
not
fair
for
a
prisoner.
Things
turned
ugly
when
newspaper
flashed
Manyata
in
two
different
events.
Dressed
in
jeans
and
top
with
a
pair
of
specs,
she
was
first
seen
at
the
screening
of
Shahid
Kapoor
and
Sonakshi
Sinha
starrer,
R..Rajkumar
and
then
she
attended
Krishika
Lulla's
birthday
party.
The
pictures
drew
huge
controversy.
Republican
Party
of
India
(RPI)
activists
on
Saturday
staged
protests
outside
the
Yerawada
Jail
in
Pune
against
Dutt
release
from
jail
on
parole.
"The
parole
application
was
recommended
by
an
ACP
in
Mumbai
Police
and
the
jail
superintendent
of
Yerawada
prison.
Considering
these
recommendations,
I
have
approved
Dutt''s
parole
for
30
days.
The
reason
for
seeking
leave
was
his
wife's
illness,"
he
said.
Reacting
to
this
development,
Advocate
Abha
Singh
said,
"Old
Zaibunissa
Kazi
and
Sanjay
Dutt
went
to
jail
together.
Yet
she
has
not
been
granted
parole,
but
he
(Dutt)
has
been
granted
parole
repeatedly."
Social
and
civil
rights
activist
Annie
Raja
said:
"There
are
thousands
in
jails
who
never
get
to
meet
their
loved
ones.
This
is
an
injustice
to
those
people.
"Home
Minister
of
Maharashtra
Mr
R.
R.
Patil
has
asked
for
investigate
on
the
case.
He
also
said
that
the
issue
will
be
brought
into
state
legislative
assembly.
Sanjay
Dutt
is
serving
jail
in
Pune
Yerawada
jail
following
his
conviction
in
1993
Mumbai
serial
bomb
blasts.
He
has
been
