son
entering
filmdom
in
different
roles.

contributed

this
film," veteran
actor
and
Sunny's
father
Dharmendra
told
the
PTI
at
the
first
look
launch
of
Yamla
Pagla
Deewana
2
(YPD
2).
"She
has
contributed
in
writing
department.
She
has
given
ideas.
The
story
is
about
UK...the
recession.
She
came
up
with
this
great
idea
and
our
writer
worked
on
it,"
Sunny
said.
Sunny's
son
Karan
is
learning
the
ropes
of
the
trade
and
worked
as
an
assistant
director
for
the
film
helmed
by
Sangeeth
Sivan
and
produced
by
Dharmendra.
"He
is
young
and
is
learning
and
enjoying
the
experience.
He
has
assisted
for
this
film.
He
will
come
here
(in
film
acting)
next
year...he
will
join
the
industry
next
year,"
Sunny
said.
Karan
has
even
sung
and
written
a
few
lines
for
a
song
in
the
film,
a
sequel
to
2011
comedy-drama
of
the
same
name.
Yamla
Pagla
Deewana,
directed
by
Samir
Karnik,
starred
Dharmendra
and
his
sons
Sunny
and
Bobby
Deol.
The
sequel
will
see
the
three
actors
reprising
their
roles.
Karan,
along
with
Bobby,
his
uncle,
has
crooned
a
few
lines
in
the
song
that
will
be
picturised
on
the
three
Deols.
The
song
will
be
reportedly
choreographed
by
Remo
D'souza.
