Why Sushant Singh Rajput Feels Bollywood Is Biased?

TV actor Sushant Singh Rajput debuted in B-Town this year with Abhishek Kapoor's Kai Po Che. But the actor feels that Bollywood is very biased towards Television stars.

Not many people know that Sushant Singh Rajput's girlfriend Ankita Lokhande (Pavitra Rishta fame) was considered for playing the main lead opposite Shahrukh Khan in Happy New Year. But later, the filmmakers finalised Deepika Padukone for the movie.

When Sushant Singh Rajput was asked about this, he told a website, "I knew that Ankita was being considered for the role. I feel that there is a lot of prejudice against TV actors in the film world. I have gone through it myself."

"I am sure it must have been painful to face rejection but the fact that she was considered for such a big opportunity is a big thing in itself," Sushant Singh Rajput further added.

Sushant Singh Rajput also says that the day he will not get good movie offers, he will love to do television once again.

Sushant Singh Rajput and Ankita Lokhande met on the sets of Ekta Kapoor's serial Pavitra Rishta and fell in love with each other.
