Bollywood
superstar
Salman
Khan
has
always
been
an
inspiration
to
many
newcomers
in
the
Bollywood
industry.
And
now,
we
see
the
Student
Of
The
Year
actor
Varun
Dhawan
trying
to
get
into
Sallu'
miyaa's
shoes,
as
advised
by
his
director
father
David
Dhawan.
Reportedly,
Varun
Dhawan
is
all
set
to
do
his
new
movie
Main
Tera
Hero,
which
is
a
remake
of
the
2011
Telugu
blockbuster
Kandireega,
starring
Ram
Pothineni,
Hansika
Motwani
and
Aksha
Pardasany
in
the
lead
roles.
But,
as
per
the
reports,
the
Junior
Dhawan
hasn't
watched
the
original
movie.
A
leading
daily
informed
that
David
Dhawan
has
asked
son
Varun
to
interpret
the
character
in
Main
Tera
Hero
in
his
own
way,
just
the
way
Salman
Khan
does
with
his
own
movie
characters.
In
the
films
like
Judwaa,
Biwi
No
1
and
a
few
others,
Salman
did
the
roles
in
his
own
way,
without
aping
anyone.
Talking
to
the
media,
David
Dhawan
said,
"Im
looking
forward
to
directing
Varun.
But
I
wont
over-direct
him.
Im
giving
Varun
a
free
hand
to
interpret
his
role
how
he
wants.
If
you
see
Salman
in
my
films,
youll
find
a
lot
of
Salmanisms
in
the
characters.
I
want
Varun
to
strive
for
the
same
kind
of
unrehearsed
performance".
