it's
his
dream
to
conceive
a
film
on
the
legendary
life
of
the
great
leader,
Maulana
Abdul
kalam
Azad.
The
interesting
fact
about
Aamir,
which
even
most
fans
don't
know
is
that
he
is
a
great
grand
nephew
of
Azad,
the
nationalist
muslim
scholar.
While
inaugurating
Apeejay
Kolkata
Literary
Fest
2014,
Aamir
revealed
his
wish
of
making
a
film
on
Azad.
He
said,
"I
hope
that
someday
I
can
use
my
capabilities,
and
through
the
art
form
that
I
practice,
to
make
a
film
on
Maulana
Azad.
It's
a
dream
to
bring
his
life
to
a
larger
populace
of
India."
The
perfect
Khan
also
wished
he
had
seen
his
freedom
fighter
great
grandfather,
who
played
a
key
role
in
developing
a
secular
attitude
in
country's
highest
power
circles.
He
was
a
minister
of
education
in
Pandit
Jawaharlal
Nehru's
rule,
from
1947
to
1958.Aamir
also
revealed
that
he
is
amazed
by
the
predictions
made
by
Azad
a
year
before
independence.
The
predictions
are
about
the
partition
of
sub
continent
and
Bangladesh
Liberation
War.
Apeejay
Kolkata
Literary
Fest
2014,
concluding
on
Jan
13,
will
reflect
and
celebrate
the
secular
views
of
Azad
this
year.
Aamir
Khan,
who
is

seen
delivering

address
on
Azad's
secular
ideas
and
foresight
at
the
inaugural
session
of
the
festival.
