She refused to pose for a photograph with a fan who happened to be an airport official and guess what?, she is asked to leave the VIP lounge at Bhopal airport. Madhuri was in Bhopal to promote her upcoming flick Gulaab Gang directed by Ra One fame Anubhav Sinha. After the promotions, both Madhuri and Anubhav were about to leave for Mumbai.

Sinha expressed his anger, ‘"How can someone do such a thing to a woman? It is completely unfair to her. An official walked up to us and escorted us to the VIP lounge. We weren't even going there. He then asked Madhuri for a photograph. Madhuri's manager, Minaxi, refused, saying that Madhuri was very tired. The man then got angry and asked us to leave the lounge immediately."

He said that people should understand that stars are humans too. He explained, "Fortunately, it was time for our flight, but what happened was completely uncalled for! People don't understand that stars are humans too, and you can't expect them to behave the way you want. "
