Akshay Kumar's New Film 'Holiday' Trailer

The first official trailer of Akshay Kumar's latest film Holiday is out. Akshay will be seen as an Army Captain, Viraat Bakshi, in the film. Holiday is a remake of Tamil film Thuppakki and has a tag line that reads- Off Duty Soldier On Duty'.

Sonakshi Sinha plays Akshay's love interest in this A.R.Muruggadoss film. The film is scheduled to release on 6th June. The Trailer looks promising and it announces Akshay's come back in action avatar. Thuppakki, the film on which Holiday is based on, was a blockbuster down south.

Holiday, produced by Vipul A Shah, has high expectations from trade riding on it. Together Akshay Kumar and Vipul A Shah have given great hits including Aankhen, Waqt, Namaste London and Singh is King. The film is directed by AR Murugadoss, who made Ghajini which is the first Bollywood film to reach 100 crore club. This factor also works good for the upcoming Akshay Kumar movie.

Sonakshi Sinha , Akshay's heroine in bumper hits like Rowdy Rathore, is again playing Akshay's love interest in this action flick too. Producer of Holiday, Vipul Shah tells about the film "In every person's life, some special films happen. I'm lucky that I got so many special films with Akshay in the last 10 years. There are huge expectations from the team. We're looking forward to it ourselves."

In Holiday, Akshay is playing a Defence Intelligence Agent for the first time and excited about it to the core. Holiday is scheduled to release on June 6.
