Actress
Alia
Bhatt
who
gave
two
back
to
back
hit
films
after
her
debut
said
that
she
doesn't
consult
anyone
in
the
family
when
it
comes
to
taking
decision
about
her
film
career.
Instead
of
looking
up
to
filmmaker
dad
Mahesh
Bhatt
or
sister
Pooja
Bhatt,
the
Highway
actress
likes
to
take
the
opinion
of
filmmaker
Karan
Johar.
Alia
made
her
debut
with
the
film
Student
of
the
Year
which
was
directed
by
Karan
Johar.
Alia
said,
"I
take
my
own
decisions
when
it
comes
to
choosing
films.
I
go
with
my
instinct
and
if
there
is
anybody
that
I
need
to
talk
to,
it'll
be
Karan
Johar."
The
bubbly
actress
have

into
the
100-crore
club
with

States,
in
which

paired
opposite
actor
Arjun
Kapoor.
In
the
film
(2
States),
Alia
played
the
role
of
a
Tamil
brahmin
girl
Ananya,
who
fell
in
love
with
a
Punjabi
boy
Krish.
Alia
did
some
bold
scenes
with
Arjun
in
the
film.
Not
only
Alia
but
her
co-star
Varun
Dhawan
also
takes
his
own
decisions.
Varun,
also
have
the
acting
genes
in
his
blood
but,
the
actor
doesn't
feel
like
taking
anyone's
advice
while
choosing
a
film.
Not
even
from
his
daddy,
director
David
Dhawan.
Varun
was
quoted
saying,
"No
not
really
advice.
Once
I
have
chosen
the
role
and
if
he
knows
the
character,
then
he
will
probably
tell
me
a
few
films
in
the
past,
probably
some
references.
Thats
it!
But
I
never
take
anyone's
advice
to
choose
a
role
or
film."

and
Varun
are
paired
opposite
each
other
