The
arrest
warrants
have
been
issued
in
connection
to
a
case
filed
alleging
that
a
few
scenes
in
the
movie
Ram
Leela
hurt
religious
sentiments
of
the
Hindus.
It
is
to
be
mentioned,
one
advocate
Sudhir
Kumar
Ojha
filed
a
case
on
November
last
year
alleging
that
some
scenes
in
the
movie
Ram
Leela
directed
by
Sanjay
Leela
bhansali
hurt
the
religious
sentiments
of
the
Hindus.
Following
which,
the
Madhya
Pradesh
High
Court
put
the
ban
on
the
release
of
the
movie
till
November
22
but
the
movie
got
released
on
November
12
itself.
Now,
issuing
warrants
against
the
makers
and
the
actors
of
the
movie,
Chief
Judicial
Magistrate,
S.P.
Singh
has
instructed
Mumbai
Police
Commissioner
to
arrest
the
persons
concerned
and
produce
them
before
the
Court
on
June
4.
Apart
from
director
Sanjay
Leela
Bhansali,
actor
Ranveer
Singh,
two
actresses
Deepika
Padukone
and
Priyanka
Chopra,
warrants
have
also
been
issued
against
the
producer
Kishore
Lulla
as
well
as
the
musicians
and
lyricist
of
the
movie.
The
CJM
took
cognisance
of
the
case
on
February
14
this
year
and
summoned
the
actors
and
the
director
of
Ram
Leela
who
did
not
turn
up
following
which
the
warrants
were
issued
today.
