Director Vikas Bahl Shocks Alia Bhatt!

Post the success of Queen, each and every female lead stars in Bollywood are dying to work with Vikas Bahl who gave Kangana Ranaut the biggest break of her career.

Even though there are many senior stars who want to work with Vikas, he just shocked them by casting just two-film-old young lass Alia Bhatt as the female lead in his next film. Alia will be paired with one of the most eligible bachelor of Bollywood, Shahid Kapoor, in Vikas's new film.

The flick is presently named as Shaandar and will be India's first destination wedding film. Alia is on a dream run in Bollywood after impressing every actor in Bollywood through her breakthrough performance in Imtiaz Ali's Highway. The film is scheduled to be filmed in August this year.

It looks like Shahid is one lucky guy of B town, who gets to act with all the talented hotties like Shraddha Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Director Vikas Bahl neither responded or confirmed the news even though Shahid and Alia will make one of the best pairs in the present Bollywood.

In Vikas's opinion, Shaandar will be a fun film about an 'exotic shaadi'. He said "Shaandar is a fun, destination-wedding film. An Indian family lands up in Europe for an exotic shaadi. I bounced off the idea to Shahid who readily came on board."

Let's hope Vikas's next film will make Alia reach where Kangana reached through his last film, Queen!
