Sonam Kapoor Excited For Dolly Ki Doli!

Arbaaz Khan's production Dolly Ki Doli will go on the floors from March 31. The lead actress Sonam Kapoor's look test started on Monday (Today). Sonam Kapoor will be seen playing a con girl in her upcoming film Dolly Ki Doli.

Arbaaz tweeted today, "Different looks being tried by Sonam Kapoor today (Monday) for the look test... Should be a fun day".

Sonam Kapoor also took it to Twitter saying, "Look test for Dolly Ki Doli ... super excited to discover the different shades of Dolly". Earlier when the script was narrated to Sonam, she loved the character and said yes immediately to do the film. There is a buzz around that the film is based on a true story of a real life personality.

A source said, "Apparently, there was this girl in Uttar Pradesh who had conned men into marrying her and then ran away with their money. Her sweet looks and innocent behavior made many a youngster believe in her and fall into her trap. She used to get into marital-hood and then run away with all the money and other valuables on first night itself. This continued for many months and no one could gather even a hint of where she came from and then disappeared."

Versatile actor Rajkummar Rao, who has been cast as a Jat boy in Arbaaz Khan's Dolly Ki Doli, says, "I am very excited about this role as it's very unlike the kind of roles I have played before. I'm playing a Jat boy in the film and I have never done it before. I hope I pull of the role well".

Abhishek Dogra is the debutant director of this film which also starrs Pulkit Samrat and Rajkummar Rao.
