Filmfare Awards 2014: Bhaag Milkha Bhaag Bags Best Production Design Award

The award for Best Production Design at the 59th Filmfare Award ceremony goes to Acropolis Design Bhaag Milkha Bhaag.

The 59th Filmfare Awards has begun. The venue is filled with celebrities as nobody wants to miss the prestigious award ceremony. It is Bhaag Milkha Bhaag that seems to be winning all the accolades this year at all the award functions. Now, the film starring Farhan Akthar in the lead has walked away with the Best Production Design.

Bhaag Milkha Bhaag has already won many awards at the Star Guild Awards, Screen Awards and GIMA Awards. However, win ing at the Filmfare awards is one of the biggest honour that any star or film can get since it is the first and earliest award in the country.

Bhaag Milkha Bhaag was based on the true story of Indian sports person Milkha Singh. Farhan had fit in the character perfectly well. Whether it be the script, cinematography, direction, the film excelled in all these areas. In fact, Milkha Singh himself congratulated Farhan on his performance and said that he looked, spoke and acted just like him (in his earlier days).
