Although,
Shahrukh
Khan's
biggest
movie
this
year,
Happy
New
Year
has
had
a
record
breaking
opening
at
the
Box
Office,
it
seems
HNY
failed
miserably
to
sustain
the
momentum.
Shahrukh
Khan
won't
be
too
happy
to
know
that
recently
one
show
of
Happy
New
Year
in
a
theatre
at
Noida
got
cancelled
as
very
few
people
turned
up
to
watch
the
movie.
It
has
been
learnt
that
one
couple
in
Noida
went
to
watch
a
night
show
of
Happy
New
Year
at
Dharam
Palace
Mall
and
was
surprised
to
know
that
the
show
was
cancelled
as
there
were
no
other
people
to
watch
the
film.
"I
and
my
wife
searched
the
ticket
availability
of
Happy
New
Year
on
the
internet.
We
were
glad
to
see
that
tickets
were
available
and
so
we
went
to
the
theatre.
But
we
were
shocked
to
hear
that
the
show
was
cancelled
as
there
were
no
other
people
to
watch
the
movie
except
we
two.
Hence,
we
had
to
watch
The
Shaukeens
instead
of
Happy
New
Year.
My
wife
was
very
disappointed
as
she
is
a
die-hard
fan
of
Shahrukh
Khan,"
said
the
husband.
Well,
a
show
getting
cancelled
for
lack
of
audience
is
a
really
rare
incident,
especially
when
the
lead
character
is
Shahrukh
Khan
and
looks
like
the
movie
Happy
New
Year
has
got
another
record,
though
not
a
positive
one.
The
movie
Happy
New
Year
has
recently
crossed
Rs
200
crore
Box
Office
collection
at
the
domestic
market
but
this
news
will
certainly
not
make
the
Happy
New
Year
team
happy.
