Hrithik Roshan Starrer 'Mohenjo Daro' Shoot To Begin In South Africa

Mohenjo Daro featuring Hrithik Roshan and Pooja Hegde will see filmmaker Ashutosh Gowarikar say 'Start Camera Roll' this October in South Africa. This mega project Mohenjo Daro is co-produced by Disney India.

Miss India Universe 2010 second runner-up Pooja Hegde will be introduced by the director of the film Ashutosh. Mohenjo Daro an epic adventure and love story set against Indus Valley Civilization will begin from SouthAfrica. Jodaa Akbar was the first film by Ashtosh Gowarikar starring Hrithik Roshan.

The duo comes together after that in Mohenjo Daro under the banner Ashutosh Gowariker Productions Pvt. Ltd (AGPPL) and Disney India.

"There has always been a natural creative synergy between UTV and AGPPL in our previous movies. This time through our collaboration with Disney, we'll have an even greater focus on entertaining families and to top that off, I'm looking forward to working again with the Disney team," said producer Sunita Gowariker.

Mohenjo Daro is touted to be the most expensive film in Bollywood till date and the lead actor Hrithik Roshan is rumoured to get 50 Cr for the film. As per reports, Hrithik will not get any amount from the profit made by the film. But, it seems filmmaker Gowariker was in a hurry to sign Hrithik for the movie and thus, agreed to pay the hefty amount to the actor.
