Irrfan Khan To Throw Birthday Bash For The First Time!

Irrfan Khan, one of the most talented actors in Bollywood is all set to throw a birthday bash for the first time. The actor turned 47 on Tuesday, January 7th.

Throwing birthday bash is a very common thing in Bollywood. The stars spend lakhs of money on inviting their friends and the entire Bollywood fraternity to have a blast! However, Irrfan Khan thinks different since he prefers to work on his birthday. The actor has decided to do something different this year and will be hosting a party for his close friends and the Bollywood clan.

Irrfan Khan said, "I was working on my birthday. To me, that's the best way to celebrate. For years I waited for the right roles. Now when they're coming to me I feel privileged, blessed, relieved and liberated. In the evening on my birthday I went to the Screen awards' nomination party where I was nominated as the Best Actor for The Lunchbox. That to me was the best birthday gift possible."

Since Irrfan Khan had a terrific year in 2013, and is looking forward to an equally rewarding 2014, the actor will be throwing a party. He said, "I am going to have a party for the first time this year for my birthday. I am waiting for my friends from abroad to arrive."
