Rani Mukerji Aditya Chopra's First Dinner In Mumbai

Rani Mukerji and Aditya Chopra who got married secretly in Italy are back in Mumbai after their honeymoon, had their official dinner together with family and friends on Sunday evening.

First, Rani Mukerji came to Mumbai without Aditya, later landed Mr. Chopra. The couple tried all possible things to keep away from paparazzi. Their bungalow is closely guarded and they are shying away from media.

Aditya Chopra, a person branded as 'anti-social' agreed to have a dinner along with friends and family after his mother Pam Chopra convinced him.

"The dinner was Pam's idea. True to his nature, Adi was totally opposed to the idea of a wedding reception. But he can never say no to his mother.Like any mother with a newly-married son, Mrs Chopra was keen to call friends and relatives over after Adi returned with Rani from Italy as an official couple. Especially because close relatives and friends were not invited to be part of the wedding celebrations in Italy", says a friend of Chopras.

The guest list included good old friends of Yash Chopra - Anupam Kher, Kiron Kher, singer Nitin Mukesh, Siddharth Kak and his wife Geeta Siddharth. BR Chopra and his grandsons Abhay and Kapil were there. Ravi Chopra was unwell to attend the dinner.

Rani Mukerji and Aditya Chopra are still not ready to come out to the media as a couple.
