Salman Khan Donates Rs. 5 Lakhs To A Co-Star!

Salman Khan has once again gone ahead to show his generosity. Salman recently donated Rs. 5 lakhs to co-actor Santosh Shukla's 34-year-old brother Ashutosh who underwent a kidney transplant.

Salman Khan is well known for his generous gestures. He has donated lakhs in charity and always goes out of his way to help co-stars. It is hence not surprising when he gave way Rs. 5 lakhs to Santosh's brother.

Santosh reevaled to TOI that when Salman Khan got to know of the problem that he is facing, he spoke to him and asked him to concentrate on his work. Without a second thought, Salman offered to donate Rs. 5 lakh to his brother to ease of the presure from the family.

If this was not enough, Salman Khan even called up Santosh's mother to console her and expressed his appreciation to Santosh's sister-in-law who donated one of her kidney's to her husband.

Santosh is extremely grateful to Sallu bhai and says that when his brother gets discharged from the hospital, he would definitely want him to meet Salman.

It seems like Salman has got used to being generous and charitable. Not long ago, we had informed you that Salman Khan gets only 10% of his income to spend. A major amount of his income goes for charity.
