Bollywood
actor
Salman
Khan
is
again
in
tension
as
retrial
of
the
2002
hit
and
run
case
has
started
today
on
April
28,
following
Mumbai
police
being
able
to
trace
out
the
witnesses.
The
incident
relates
to
2002
when
Salman
Khan
allegedly
in
drunken
condition
ran
his
car
over
workers
sleeping
on
the
footpath
outside
a
bakery
which
left
one
killed
and
four
others
seriously
hurt.
The
hit
and
run
case
has
resumed
today
after
being
disrupted
twice
on
March
26th
and
April
8th
as
on
the
first
date
the
witnesses
could
not
turn
up
at
the
Court
and
on
the
second
date
the
accused
star
himself
was
unavailable.
Salman
khan
who
has
been
busy
these
days
shooting
for
his
upcoming
movie
Kick
now
will
have
to
re-start
his
run
towards
the
Court
with
the
witnesses
been
traced
and
the
trial
thus,
resumed.
Although,
the
argument
about
whether
Salman
was
actually
driving
the
car
that
day
or
not
has
been
going
since
long
but
Mumbai
police
claims
that
they
have
sufficient
evidence
to
prove
Salman
guilty.
The
first
witness
of
today's
hearing
was
a
Karnataka
based
person
who
stated
that
the
accident
involved
a
big
car
and
he
also
identified
the
broken
pieces
of
the
car
which
the
police
recovered
from
the
spot.
Next
hearing
of
the
case
has
been
fixed
on
May
2nd
during
which
other
eye
witnesses
including
the
victims
will
be
heard.
Well,
Salman
has
always
been
at
the
center
of
controversies
and
now
it
seems
Sallu
Bhai
might
have
put
himself
in
a
really
deep
trouble.
