AIB
Knockout
continues
to
remain
the
topic
of
discussion
even
today.
From
when
the
AIB
Roast
took
place,
a
number
of
people
have
come
forward
either
shunning
the
antics
or
supporting
it.
Bollywood's
superstar
Aamir
Khan
found
it
to
be
shameful
and
disappointing,
with
these
remarks
he
ended
up
gathering
a
lot
of
hateful
fans
who
felt
he
was
being
irresponsible
with
these
remarks
when
he
himself
as
made
a
movie
like
that
called
Delhi
Belly.
Now
a
new
supporter
has
spoken
up
for
AIB
Knockout,
that
is
none
other
than
Twinkle
Khanna
who
has
voiced
her
opinion
about
the
show
in
her
column
for
The
Times
Of
India.
Unlike
many
senior
actors
in
the
industry
who
have
chosen
to
keep
mum
about
the
issue,
including
her
husband,
Akshay
Kumar,
Twinkle
has
been
forthright
with
her
views
on
the
subject.
She
wonder
why
people
are
focusing
so
much
on
such
a
trivial
issue
and
not
on
serious
topics
like
only
10
percent
of
children
in
our
country
have
the
means
to
study
beyond
higher
secondary.
She
further
writes,
"The
jokes
about
dark
skin
offend
us
because
deep
down,
some
of
us
idiotically
think
that
having
dark
skin
is
a
shortcoming.
Would
we
be
as
offended
if
jokes
were
made
about
having
fair
skin
like,
‘You
are
so
fair
that
you
were
thrown
out
of
the
Nirma
washing
powder
commercial
for
being
whiter
than
the
washed
shirt.'?",
stating
that
AIB
roast
was
much
less
offensive
than
Arnab
Goswami
shouting
at
people
he
invites
on
his
show
on
Times
Now.
In
spite
of
writing
for
The
Times
Of
India
paper,
she
remarked
on
Times
Now
channel
show,
which
belongs
to
the
same
Times
group.
Not
fearing
anyone,
Twinkle
has
called
a
spade
a
spade,
so
much
in
contrast
to
what
Aamir
did.
So
it's
now
Twinkle
Vs
Aamir.
So
who
do
you
think
is
right?
