Aishwarya Rai Works Overnight For Jazbaa Even On Anniversary
Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary on April 20. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is so enthusiastic about her comeback film Jazbaa directed by Sanjay Gupta that she shoots continuously for hours together, she even did on her anniversary.
Some schedules for the film lasted for five hours which even extended to ten hours, but Aishwarya is more than happy to be there at the spot to finish her shots.
A source says, "On one of the nights, the shoot was to end by 4 a.m. but Aishwarya knew that she was also required to shoot a sunrise scene. Everyone thought it would be too gruelling for her, but she voluntarily offered to continue working through the night and finish shooting it."
Even on her wedding anniversary she was shooting all night.
The source adds, "She didn't take the day off, and there were no special arrangements for the occasion either. She kept herself busy and didn't let anyone realize it was her anniversary."
Jazbaa film's assistant director Nadeem Shah who is at all night shoots says Aishwarya is very supportive.
He said, "Aishwarya has been extremely supportive. We shot for 10-12 hours during these four days. Like everyone else in the team, she was quite involved. She enacted some action sequences and engaging emotional scenes. It was quite strenuous but she pulled it off well."
Jazbaa also features Irrfan Khan, Anupam Kher, Shabana Azmi and it releases on October 9.
