Akshay
Kumar's
upcoming
movie
Gabbar
Is
Back
will
present
the
actor
in
yet
again
action
avatar.
Trailer
of
the
film
was
released
recently
and
since
then
the
film
is
being
linked
with
the
iconic
movie
Sholay.
While,
the
title
Gabbar
Is
Back
is
derived
from
Sholay's
antagonist,
there
are
a
couple
of
dialogues
in
Akshay
Kumar's
next
film
which
are
very
much
copied
and
modified
from
Sholay.
While,
the
movie
Gabbar
Is
Back
is
being
assumed
to
be
a
remake
of
Sholay,
Akshay
Kumar
denies
that
and
in
the
process,
supposedly
took
a
dig
at
Ram
Gopal
Varma.
It
is
to
be
recalled,
Ram
Gopal
Varma
also
made
a
remake
of
Sholay
titled
as
Aag
which
ended
up
being
a
super
flop
and
several
jokes
were
also
made
on
the
film
and
the
director.
Now,
when
Akshay
Kumar
was
asked
whether
Gabbar
Is
Back
is
a
remake
of
Sholay,
the
actor
replied
in
a
very
sarcastic
manner
and
mentioned
Ram
Gopal
Varma's
Aag.
"Not
at
all.
Gabbar
Is
Back
is
not
a
remake
of
Sholay.
Ram
Gopal
Verma
has
already
done
that
once," said
Akki.
Well,
it
seems
to
be
Akshay's
way
of
taking
a
dig
at
someone
or
may
be
it's
just
a
casual
mention
of
the
super
flop
remake.
