Looks like there is only trouble for Bollywood today, after Salman Khan getting a case filed against him by Veer movie producer, Sunny Deol too has fallen victim and now an FIR has been filed against the actor.
Sunny Deol is all set to rock the silver screen with his upcoming movie Mohalla Assi, whose trailer was launched last week. It is based on Kashinath Singh's novel Kashi Ka Assi.
Sunny plays the role of a Sanskrit teacher who is an orthodox religious priest while television actress Sakshi Tanwar who is making her movie debut will be essaying the role of his wife.
Trouble has found Sunny and the movie's director Chandraprakash Dwivedi, for a man in Varanasi has filed an FIR against the two for using abusive language in the film.
The person who has filed this complaint is Sarvajan Jagruti Sanstha, who feels that the film's language violates the moral ethics as well as shows his hometown, Varanasi in poor light.
"The film hurts religious sentiments and we cannot allow such a film to be released," a complainant told.
